ABOUT US/OUR STORY
The Old Monk is located on historic Henderson Avenue which has a lively nightlife after dark and great antique shopping during the day. In keeping with the neighborhood, the Old Monk is finished out with many antiques and older pub pieces including lights from a monastery in Pennsylvania, a back bar from a chemist's shop in England and turn of the century altar door. Although only openend in 1998, the Monk gives the comfort of a long established pub and has become a favorite with locals whether they be meeting friends for a casual bite.
